Zoho Books alternative
Zoho Books vs LalaJi ERP: accounting app or distribution workplace?
Zoho Books is good cloud accounting software, and it costs less than LalaJi. If your business is mostly an office doing accounts and GST, it is a strong choice, especially if you already use other Zoho apps.
LalaJi is built for the distributor whose day happens outside the office: salesmen on beats, stock across godowns, deliveries and collections. The difference is less about price and more about what comes included for that kind of business.
Details about Zoho Books come from its official website, checked on 27 October 2026.
Choose Zoho Books if
- •Accounting and banking are the centre of your work, including bank feeds and reconciliation today.
- •You already run other Zoho apps and want everything in that suite.
- •You do not have a field team booking orders or collecting money.
Choose LalaJi ERP if
- ✓Salesmen book orders and collect payments on the road, even without network.
- ✓Stock sits in more than one godown, with batches and expiry dates.
- ✓You deliver goods and want proof of each drop.
- ✓You want WhatsApp messages included instead of buying credits.
- ✓You want your own online store and marketplace sync in the same system as your billing.
