For brands and franchise networks

White-label ERP and apps under your own brand

A growing brand usually ends up juggling software: a Shopify store for customers, a marketplace tool for Amazon and Flipkart orders, a billing package for GST, and a separate app or WhatsApp group for retailers. Orders and stock get typed from one into another, and nothing quite agrees.

White label puts all of it in one system under your own name: your online store, your retailers' ordering app, your marketplace orders and the ERP behind them, with one stock count and one set of books. The dairy brand Dairy To Go runs exactly this way on LalaJi: a Dairy To Go ordering app for its retailers, in its own name and colours, with every order landing in the same ERP.

One system instead of four

Everything below runs on the same stock and the same books, with your name on everything people see.

An ordering app for your retailers

Retailers log in to an app with your name and colours, see their own price list and outstanding, and place orders that land straight in your ERP.

A store for your customers

Sell directly to customers through an online store on your own domain, or app-only if you would rather not run a website.

Your team's system

Billing, stock, salesmen and deliveries run in LalaJi ERP, with your logo on invoices and on the login your staff use.

Marketplace orders in the same place

Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho orders sync into the same stock and books, so you do not need a separate marketplace tool.

Customer story

Dairy To Go runs on LalaJi

Dairy To Go, a dairy brand from Hemkund Traders, runs its business on LalaJi ERP. Its retailers order from a Dairy To Go app built on LalaJi, in the brand's name and colours: each retailer sees its own prices, balance and past invoices, and every order lands straight in the ERP.

The field app your team uses today

Salesmen and delivery staff run their day on the LalaJi Connect app: parties and balances, orders, deliveries and collections. The retailer ordering app for your brand is built on the same base.

One set of numbers behind every channel

Sales, collections and dues sit on one dashboard, so the store, the field team and the accounts never need reconciling at month end.

Who it suits

  • Food, dairy and FMCG brands that sell to retailers and directly to customers, and are tired of juggling a store, a marketplace tool and billing software
  • Franchise networks that want every outlet on one system with the network's name on it
  • Large distributors and super stockists who want retailers to see their brand
  • D2C brands with a B2B side that want both on one back office

FAQ

White-label questions

Is this the same as reselling LalaJi?

No. White label is for a business that wants the system under its own brand for its own team, distributors, retailers and customers. If you want to sell LalaJi to other businesses, see the channel partner programme.

What does white label cost?

A one-time setup for your branding and apps, plus a yearly platform fee based on the number of users, outlets and apps. We agree it on a call once we understand your network.

Who owns the data about our retailers and customers?

You do. They are your business's records, and you can export your data at any time.

Do we need our own developers?

No. We build, host, update and maintain the system and the apps. Your team only runs the business on it.
