Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the conditions under which Comprog Technology Private Limited ("we", "us", "our") will process refunds for subscriptions to LalajiERP. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@lalajierp.com.
- On cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access to paid features will be revoked and your account will revert to the Free plan (if available).
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Refund eligibility is described in Section 2 below.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly subscriptions: Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. If you cancel mid-month, access continues until the end of the billing period and no refund is issued.
- Annual subscriptions: If you subscribed to an annual plan that is marked as refundable and wish to cancel within the first 15 days of the subscription start date, you may request a refund. Requests made after 15 days from the start date are not eligible. Refund eligibility is determined per plan — check your plan details or contact us to confirm.
- Free plan: The Free plan has no charges and is not eligible for any refund claim.
- Non-refundable plans: Some plans may not be marked as refundable at the time of purchase. Refunds are only available for plans explicitly designated as refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@lalajierp.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- Your company or business name
- The plan you subscribed to and the date of payment
- The reason for your refund request
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect. In some cases, the refund may be issued as account credit instead of reverting to the original payment method — this will be communicated at the time of processing.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the eligible refund window (15 days from annual subscription start).
- Accounts that were suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Charges for add-on features or one-time services, unless we are at fault.
- Cases where the subscription was purchased through a third-party reseller (contact the reseller directly).
6. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a proportional credit or refund at our discretion.
